miaumiau ships in discreet, plain outer packaging with no product description visible on the outside.

Shipping: Free on all orders.

Dispatch: orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: typically 10–14 days in total, depending on destination. Transit alone is usually 8–10 days.

All delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. They may vary depending on destination, public holidays, customs procedures and local delivery services.

We ship worldwide. Some countries restrict the import of intimate-wellness products; where we cannot lawfully deliver, that destination is not available at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information by email where tracking is available.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes or carrier handling fees depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are determined by the relevant authorities or carrier and may be payable by the recipient.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. As a guide, the direct cost of returning an item is approximately €6 within Germany, €15–25 from elsewhere in the European Union, and €40–60 from outside the European Union.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

miaumiau ships with a hygiene seal. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns once that seal has been removed. Your statutory rights for damaged, faulty, or incorrect products remain unaffected.

Products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are handled separately under your statutory rights. Please report them as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an eligible return has been received and checked.
